Due to the expected very high number of cell sites being commissioned and integrated, the customer required significant improvement in site integration efficiency. The customer created a solution.
F2G Solutions reviewed the design and provided improvements, hardware and software. F2G performed trial and pilots of the solutions. We created training, processes and integrated other tools in the solution to enable visual troubleshooting. A Tier 3 support center with 24/7 operation was setup by F2G to ensure seamless and fast product and solution introduction.
F2G Solutions has built and deployed over 1000 units and supported the automation process for major carriers in the U.S. and provided training capability for teams globally.
