Our Leadership Team

Francis Kamgang is an experienced veteran of the telecommunications industry.  He held various management positions at Nokia and strategic consulting roles at Tektronix/Netscout for Verizon and other customers worldwide. In his positions, he setup and led global level R&D partnerships between Nokia and other enterprises like Apple, Samsung, Qualcomm, Intel, Ericsson, Cisco and Huawei. He also led LTE Advanced and VoLTE service performance metrics definition for wireless carriers and government agencies.

Under Francis’ leadership, F2G Solutions has experienced double digit growth since its inception in 2014. The company was selected for the 2018 SBA Emerging Leadership program and the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Small Business Mentoring program conducted by Toyota.

Francis has a Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Braunschweig in Germany.

Sandra Foote has over 20 years of experience in operations management, project management and database administration for various telecommunications companies.  Additionally, she has performed full cycle accounting, reporting and tax preparations for several small startup companies. 

Jeremy Hicks has over 9 Years experience in structured cabling. He has designed and spearheaded several large MTSO, data centers and labs. He holds several data and communication cabling certifications.

Raziuddin Syed has a MS degree Physic and specialized in Electronics, He worked in telecommunication industry for more 28 years with CSP and vendors where he deployed, operated and maintained 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G networks  in multiple countries. He also worked in Managed Services from Sales to Delivery of the networks across all the continents. Syed worked in technical support sales and  delivery services in North America to Tier 1 Operators and is a well known market leader in IT and the Telecom industry.
