Francis Kamgang is an experienced veteran of the telecommunications industry. He held various management positions at Nokia and strategic consulting roles at Tektronix/Netscout for Verizon and other customers worldwide. In his positions, he setup and led global level R&D partnerships between Nokia and other enterprises like Apple, Samsung, Qualcomm, Intel, Ericsson, Cisco and Huawei. He also led LTE Advanced and VoLTE service performance metrics definition for wireless carriers and government agencies.
Under Francis’ leadership, F2G Solutions has experienced double digit growth since its inception in 2014. The company was selected for the 2018 SBA Emerging Leadership program and the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Small Business Mentoring program conducted by Toyota.
Francis has a Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Braunschweig in Germany.
Sam Jasper is an experienced Telecom Industry professional and entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the wireless MTSO industry.
He is skilled in Project Management, Project Estimation, Radio Frequency (RF), DC Power, Structured Cabling, and TurnKey Network Installations. Jasper is a strong MTSO, Lab and Data Center professional.
Prior to joining F2G Solutions, Sam was the founder and managing director of PhluidCom, a nationwide firm founded in 2006 specializing in data center, network and wireless installations. Mr. Jasper has joined F2G Solutions Inc. following the acquisition of PhluidCom by F2G Solutions.
Octavio Garcia G. is Senior Director – Sales and Business Development for F2G Solutions. He is a senior sales professional, with a proven track record in direct sales and in sales support roles engaging with Service Providers in the American and the Canadian markets.
Garcia has more than 15 years of combined experience as Sales Executive, Sales Manager and Sales Consultant. He has strong expertise in delivering an end-to-end solution sales cycle for key areas such as Managed Services, Systems Integration, Cloud and Automation, site development, network roll-out services and network support services. Overall, Garcia has more than 19 years of combined experience in data-communications and telecommunications networks with a strong technical knowledge. He has held positions with Cisco, Nokia and Ericsson.
Garcia holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Communications Systems and Technology from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden, Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Communications from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico and Certificates for 5G Network Slicing, 5G System Engineering and C-RAN for 5G.
